1. Service Area
Installation service is available only within designated ZIP code zones. Availability is determined at the time of order. Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule if site conditions at the time of service are determined to be unsafe or inaccessible.
2. Scheduling & Confirmation
Preferred installation dates are requests, not guaranteed appointments. Service Provider will confirm the scheduled date via email within 1–2 business days. Installation is scheduled during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Customer will receive a confirmation with an estimated arrival window.
3. Customer Site Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for ensuring: the forklift or equipment is available, powered off, and in a safe stable position at the time of service; a designated point of contact is on-site and reachable during the service window; the installation area is clear, accessible, and free of hazards; any required safety permits or site access approvals are obtained in advance. Failure to meet site requirements may result in a trip charge with no installation completed.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customer may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the service call fee for the zone. No-shows will be charged the full service call fee.
5. Tire & Equipment Condition
Installation service applies only to tires purchased through this order. Service Provider is not responsible for damage to equipment with pre-existing conditions including but not limited to worn rims, damaged hubs, corroded hardware, or structural defects. Customer assumes all risk for equipment in poor condition prior to service.
6. Labor Warranty
Service Provider warrants installation labor for 30 days from the date of service. Warranty covers defects in workmanship only. It does not cover tire wear, rim damage, or issues arising from equipment condition, Customer misuse, or events after service completion.
7. Liability Limitation
Service Provider’s total liability for any claim arising from installation service shall not exceed the total installation fee paid. Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including equipment downtime, lost productivity, or business interruption.
8. Payment
Installation service fees are charged at the time the order is placed and are non-refundable except as described in Section 4. Fees are calculated based on zone, tire quantity, and applicable labor tier at the time of order.
9. Safety Compliance
All installation work is performed in accordance with OSHA and applicable industry safety standards. Customer is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment at the installation site. Technicians may refuse service and leave the site if conditions are determined to be unsafe, with no refund of the service call fee.
10. Changes to Service
Service Provider reserves the right to modify service areas, fees, and scheduling availability at any time. Terms in effect at the time of order apply to that order.
