Duratire Direct – Shipping Policy

Turnaround Time

Most orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship within 24 to 48 hours on the next business days.

Orders that require additional verification, such as security checks or incorrect information, may require additional processing time. Large or oversized items may also require extended handling time.

Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” will typically ship by the estimated ship date shown on the product page. These dates are estimates only and are subject to change.

Our customer service team monitors backorders daily to ensure orders ship as soon as possible.

Orders that require special wheel fitments or custom configurations may require additional processing time.


Transit Times

Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and service level selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Most carriers do not operate on weekends or major holidays
  • Transit times are calculated in business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)

Estimated transit times:

  • Next Day Air: 1 business day
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • 3-Day Service: 3 business days
  • Ground: 3 to 5 business days
  • Less Than Truckload (LTL): 3 to 10 business days

Out of Stock Orders

If an order includes items marked “On Order” or “Out of Stock,” the order will remain active and ship once the item becomes available.

Duratire Direct reserves the right to split shipments to deliver available items sooner.

Orders are typically only split automatically if all shipments qualify for free shipping.

If you prefer to split an order manually, please contact customer service. Additional shipping charges may apply if the shipments do not qualify for free shipping.


Billing and Shipping Addresses

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, your order may require additional verification.

This may result in processing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for fulfillment in these cases.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.

Do not discard any packaging materials. All original packaging and products must be retained to process a claim.

Duratire Direct is not responsible for damage claims that are denied due to failure to retain packaging or provide required documentation.


Return Policy

Standard Return Policy – 30 Days

Unless otherwise specified, products may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date if they are in new and resalable condition, subject to approval.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable
  • A 25 percent restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
  • Failure to follow return instructions may result in delays or refusal of the return

Items that were shipped incorrectly, damaged in transit, or require warranty service are not covered under the standard return policy and must be reviewed by customer service.

Products sold as part of a kit or bundle must be returned as a complete set. Individual items from a kit cannot be returned separately.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items
  • Open-box items
  • Overstock items
  • Special order items

These products are sold at reduced pricing and are considered final sale.

They may have cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, or packaging damage. The buyer accepts all risks associated with these products.

If defects arise after purchase, the buyer is responsible for repair or servicing unless otherwise required by law.


Special Orders

Special order items are not regularly stocked and are often made to order.

  • A minimum 50 percent non-refundable deposit may be required
  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed
  • Deposits are only refundable if the product cannot be sourced from the manufacturer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm fitment and suitability before placing a special order.


Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable and returned to our facility will be treated as standard returns.

The following costs will be deducted from the refund:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Carrier fees and penalties

International orders may also incur:

  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs or brokerage fees

These costs will also be deducted from the refund.

We recommend accepting delivery and initiating a return through the standard return process to avoid additional fees and delays.


Product Refunds

Once a return is received and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically occurs within 1 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Orders that qualified for free shipping will not receive a shipping credit
  • All applicable restocking fees will be deducted

International return costs, including duties and taxes, may also be deducted from the refund.


Product Warranties

Duratire Direct does not provide direct warranty coverage on products.

Most products are covered by manufacturer warranties.
