Return and Exchange Policy

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Review the conditions below before requesting a return or exchange.

Returns

  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers order processing, shipping, and restocking costs. If you choose store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please contact us for details.
  • All returns must be approved in advance. You must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide the reason for the return.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving your RAN.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items.
  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 2 to 3 business days.

Exchanges

  • Please contact us to request an exchange.
  • Exchanges may require additional shipping charges unless the error was caused by Duratire Direct.
  • If the error was made by Duratire Direct, we will provide a return shipping label to complete the exchange.

Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • In the event of a price change, Duratire Direct will contact you for approval before processing or canceling your order.
  • You may check your order status through the Website order tracking page.
  • If an item is unavailable or backordered, we will contact you by phone or email.
  • You may choose to:
    • Keep the item on backorder
    • Cancel the order
  • Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
  • Please contact us if you would like to confirm product availability before placing an order.

Special Orders

Items are considered special orders if they are not regularly stocked or are made to order.

  • Special orders may require a deposit.
  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special orders. No exceptions.
